Enterprise Compliance & Sovereign Guarantee FAQs
Why is the 15-digit ICE mandatory during intake?
The Identifiant Commun de l'Entreprise (ICE) is required by Moroccan tax authorities for B2B billing and is the sole corporate identifier recognized by Maroc PME / ANPME to validate eligibility for the 80% Tatwir Digital subsidy.
How does Vext comply with CNDP Law 09-08 Articles 43 & 44?
All audio processing pipelines, LLM inference endpoints, and headless browser sessions run strictly within Moroccan borders (Maroc Telecom and Inwi Tier III+ datacenters). Zero PII or voice biometric data is routed through foreign cloud jurisdictions.
Who owns the source code and automation scripts?
You do. Vext operates under a 100% client code ownership model. All automation scripts, private models, and configurations are handed over in private Git repositories under your organization’s governance with zero per-user software taxes.
