Question 1

What is Vext?

Accepted Answer

Vext is a premier systems engineering house based in Casablanca, Morocco (RC 584920, ICE 003294821000049). We build AI products and own the hard parts ourselves: low-level DSP in C/Rust, sub-280ms Moroccan Darija telephony voice agents, ERP integrations (SAP, Sage), and 100% sovereign Moroccan infrastructure.

Question 2

How does Vext Voice handle Moroccan Darija without hallucinating?

Accepted Answer

Vext Voice uses acoustic models fine-tuned on 1,400+ hours of multi-region Moroccan Darija with code-switching support for French and Classical Arabic. State transitions are governed by deterministic finite-state machines (FSM) linked directly to database transactions, preventing hallucinations.

Question 3

Can Moroccan enterprises get up to 80% Tatwir Digital subsidies to work with Vext?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Vext is an accredited technical consultancy under Maroc PME programs. The Tatwir Digital framework co-finances up to 80% of eligible systems engineering, digital transformation, and cybersecurity projects up to 1,000,000 MAD.

Question 4

Is Vext compliant with Moroccan CNDP Law 09-08 and data sovereignty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All model inference, telephony recording, customer data, and database storage reside exclusively within sovereign Moroccan data center nodes in strict compliance with CNDP Law 09-08.
